Ranieri Extra Virgin Olive Oil "CE" is the result of the careful controlling of the raw materials and also of the careful selection of oils taken from blends or typical cultivars from Italy Greece and Spain. The growing of the olive groves, the harvesting, the processing, and the bottling are all subject to very strict organic food inspections and controls. The oil is obtained by cold pressing the olives within a few hours after being harvested, thus preserving intact all of its characteristics: a lightly veiled green color, smooth, balanced flavor, intense aroma, sweet and delicate on the palate. Its nutritional values also meet the quality standards of fine olive oils: low acidity, peroxides far below the maximum limits allowed by law, and absolutely no imperfections.
